BaseConvert is a small tool, which converts numbers from one numeric base (any base between 2 and 36) to another. It uses a graphical user interface, and contrary to some other base converters, numbers can have any lenght.

It is programmed in C++, using the FOX Toolkit (multi-platform GUI) an the GNU Multiple Precision Arithmetic Library (GNU MP). You need Cygwin to compile BaseConvert under windows, but precompiled binaries are also available.
